The Fusion 3 PRO is designed for greater ease of operation, flexibility, increased capacity, and longer maintenance intervals.

The McHale Fusion 3 PRO is equipped with a servo-operated load sensing system. This, in combination with the ISOCAN monitor, makes the baling and wrapping process fully automatic.

The machine is equipped with a cutting rotor with 25 knives. When the bale is formed, it is automatically netted and the chamber opens. The lower part of the baling chamber transfers the bale to the wrapping table. When the baling chamber closes again, the operator can continue driving and the wrapping process starts automatically.

The ISOCAN monitor keeps the machine under control throughout the entire bale formation process. If any changes occur, such as changes in knife pressure, knife position, or film breakage, the ISOCAN monitor informs the operator. The ISOCAN monitor has the capability to display up to 2 cameras on the screen. Options such as moisture measurement and a weighing system are also possible on this machine.

When the bale on the wrapping table is completely wrapped, the machine holds it until the next bale is ready for wrapping.

Under the most challenging conditions, the operator can choose when to release the bale.
